Ta Chen has been serving a delicious mix of Szechwan and Mandarin Chinese food to the Garden Grove community for more than 20 years. As many of the locals know, David and his family have created a second home to provide a warm, friendly environment for friends and family to meet and catch up after work or a soccer game.
